This comprehensive, nationally accredited 33 credit Master’s Degree is designed around the Pennsylvania Department of Education’s Inspired Leadership Standards.  The program includes a broad range of coursework in Curriculum and Instructional Design, Leadership Skill Development, School Law, School Finance, Instructional Supervision, Diversity and Student Achievement and Educational Research.

Tenured Faculty with real-world experience and insights provide a well-rounded educational leadership master’s program for our students. Faculty help prepare you for diverse administrative responsibilities upon completion of our master’s degree program.

Did you know that our ELP master’s also includes the principal certificate? Of course you must pass the state’s Licensure Exam.  We can help you with that too with our Test Preparation Sessions co-sponsored with the Pennsylvania Association of School Administrators.

There is a lot you can do with this certificate.  For example you can be a curriculum supervisor, a content supervisor, a pupil services supervisor. You may also qualify for selected director positions.  And yes, you qualify to be a principal and assistant principal too!
