Leadership Residency Program

The Educational Leadership Residency Program  is planning its 9th Letter of Eligibility (LOE) Cohort in Fall of 2019. The LOE Program consists of six residencies of four credits each, totaling 24 credits.  All coursework from this program transfers into the University’s Educational Leadership Doctoral Program. The courses are considered residencies, as most of the coursework is completed within the candidate’s home district or school. All face to face seminars are completed on weekends.

The Educational Leadership Ed.D. Program

This is a 62 credit partnership program between Shippensburg University and Millersville University.  Courses and Seminars are offered on weekends on the Dixon University Campus in Harrisburg. The goal is to develop scholar-practitioners support public schools.  The program is designed around two major themes, Poverty and Technology.  Candidates are expected to focus their research on these areas and apply their findings to the PK-12 settings.
